Asunción de Nuestra Señora was founded in 1876 by Anna Ravell, a Franciscan nun.

Our school was born with the desire to provide educational service to the people of her time.

The teaching commitment is still alive in the district of Poblenou and has been updated to meet the educational needs of the 21st century.

Ours is a school of the Catholic Church and in particular corresponds to the Institute of Religious Franciscan.

Our own character, inspired by Saint Francis of Assisi, provides students with a comprehensive education.
